& it's just miie and...

Pregnancy. I know that this is a very sensitive topic and that you're probably thinking why I'm thinking abt this now. Actually, I'm not going to deep into the topic, just felt like sharing something really mild abt it. Many pregnant women experience this really uncomfortable, unwanted and enegy-consuming feelings especially during their early pregnancy periods: The morning sickness. Yes, throwing up lots not just in the morning for some, but throughout the day too. Having seen my sis go through this twice and my sis-in-law ezperiencing it now, I think that there are some minor ways in which one can handle this. haha. I don't why, but I can't stop smiling, on the verge of laughing when I'm typing this. Haha. Ok, anyway... Here's tip no.1 Try your best to throw up just from your throat, not all the way from your stomach. This makes you feel less tired after the process and also, you'll feel that it's easy! Trust me. :)
Tip no.2 You have to eat lots, lots, and lots. Yes, it's not for fun that doctors and elders tell pregnant women to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, milk and all the other healthy stuff. But it's these stuff that in fact really promote your health and give your baby sufficient nutrients. As much as you hate all these stuff, force yourself to consume them. This way, when you throw up, not all the nutrients are excreted. Your body would have probably already stored some for your baby and yourself too! Also, the more you eat, the less you vomit. Trust me. :)
Tip no. 3 Occupy yourself with things that interest you when you're awake. Actually, not just you, your baby too. You could read your favourite storybooks, recipe books, comics, motherlyhood books to prepare yourself etc. If you think you're not the bookworm type, you could always surf the net for the very same useful stuff. You could also watch tv cartoons for your baby's sake or animal planet etc. Read children's books to your baby. Many things!
Tip no.4 Exercise! If you're not the sporty type, you could still work out. I just mean slow cycling, simple matt exercises, walking etc. They too help you to reduce your morning sickness. Trust me! :)
No, I'm not an expert. No, these may not really work out for all. But, these are just some suggestions that I hope might help some if not most of my friends!

Yestrday, my family and I went to hte NATAS fair and after hours of looking around and acquiring some questions, we had finally booked a good offer. A member ship with some Malaysian air travels for a bungalow that's just a few minutes' drive away from Woodlands. My sis and I found that really exciting because of the really good and fun-filled activities they have there. I'm looking forward for a trip there! That's all for now.

Love,
NisA*
